When you feel motivated, instead of planning to go to the gym tomorrow, or go for a run later on in the day try and do something right then and there while you have the motivation! It can be as easy and just doing a feel squats from your seat or tensing your abs while you walk. This will get the ball rolling and give your motivation a better chance at lasting until you can do a proper workout and you burn some calories at the same time.
